1. Senior PHP Developers

Good logic Building ability in Core PHP, Functions with least execution time, Knowledge of CMS & MVC, creating lightweight RDBMS Structure, MySQL, knowledge of MongoDB/No SQL will be preferable, Creating JQuery modules for UI driven Applications, Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

2. Web Designers

Good Visualization Ability, Ability to create and apply Responsive Concepts for the Web, Mobile and Tablet. Designing GUI-UI-UXshould be a natural ability. Thorough knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign, Dreamweaver is a pre-requisite. Ability in HTML, XML, CSS and Flash Script required.

3. Content Writers

Should be a Natural Writer. Ability to Research Extensively on any given topic an absolute must. Should be a fluent thinker, speaker and writer.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executives

Good in understanding the ways of the Search Engines specially Google. Should be up-to-date with all Google Updates. Expert in implementing Google Best Practices for Content. Knowledge about the major Social Media Networks and ways of Social Media Optimization is a pre-requisite.
